Debre Damo Hotel

Nice place You can't smoke inside hotel premises & you can't consume your own alcohol, you need to buy from their own bar.

Adamant staff and services are very poor. When I entered in the room, there was no drinking water, no towel and soap. When I called them then at first they assured that towel will delivered in 10 mins and those 10 mins completed after more than 3 hours of constant follow-ups and even couple of visits to the front desk. They were not even listening what I or other guests were complaining. If possible then I would like to give them negative ratings. Worst experience
