The hotel located in great place, near to every service you will think about, only two minute from micky lelland st. a high way, so you will not hear car horn. The hotel is cosy and relaxing, with pickup from Airport. Customer service is exceptional, all speaking good English, coming quickly when you call them. The hotel offers different types of rooms, single, double and deluxe, with hot shower, happy lights and good space, they even do decoration for rooms by order with good price. The hotel offers breakfast for free, they have moderate price lunch and dinner with juices. I really liked this place.

Clean Room for a fair price, above all great customer service! If you are unfortunate you might get noisy room, from nearby club in the evening and a church in the morning. So Ask before booking

One of the most disappointing experience I ever had, I advise you to think twice before reserving your spot here. Here are some reasons why: ❶ Upon arrival, I asked for a WI-FI key and 'she' said "We don't have it installed yet"😕... Minutes later, I asked another staff who actually said "of course we have" and gave me the password... 🤔 ❷A casual water glass was broken unintentionally while dining and they charged me 200 birr for that🙉 ❸ I wanted to pay with a Visa card (they have some POS machines in the reception area) but they said they won't accept cards for it will charge them a service charge. So I have to wander around for more than 20 minutes in search of 🏧 machine and bring them cash. ❹ Upon check out, the receptionist have to go upstairs to check for the room and I have to wait for more than 10 minutes in the lobby area 😡... ➥PS: I've a BA degree in Hotel Management and I'm a part-time hotelier myself. I know the industry, the discipline, and accordingly I know what to expect. But this hotel is the WORST I have ever seen. The only good thing about it is the premise. THE LAST I'D RECOMMEND!

This is a very high quality hotel, you’ll notice from the moment you arrive. Everything is curated and kept at it best shape: no leaking in the toilet, all lights working and plenty of power socket! It’s a bit hidden but actually quieter and safer then most main roads in Addis. Staff always around to help. For the price you pay this is the best hotel in the area.
