Excellent place to visit and learn parts of the history of Ethiopia.

Wonderful place to visit. However, tickets are expensive. Staff pushed us to buy a 50$ VIP ticket. Eventually, we payed 20$ for a standard ticket. They do not except Eth Birr from foreigners only dollars, while locals are allowed to pay in Birr. Camera not allowed inside, but taking pictures with cellphone is allowed. Security is way too strict. Other than that, I must visit when in Addis Ababa.

What a lovely place, full of tranquility and beautiful sites and surroundings

The park itself is very good, but security at entrance are just awful. After using machine to check your bags and shoes, without asking they open my bag and just mess it, they take everything out and even open my round face powder and lipstick!!! Disgusting, not professional and stupid.
