I had a right eye retinal tear that was quickly diagnosed as an emergency and treated perfectly by laser surgery. An efficient and friendly organisation. The treatment saved the sight in my eye.

They have a very poor customers service. My mother had an appointment with a paid card and when she go there on her appointment date they told her that she has not paid and need to pay again.
