The store could do a better job with customer service, and carrying things that make sense. For example, if you are going to sell caulking, sell caulking guns with it. Common sense. the store has a couple of stores on the single compounds. It's all the same, but if you buy for example a can of paint, you need to pay for it at the paint area, and if you buy other items from the main store you need to pay for those things there before Seeing other things. Don't forget to check the second floor, There are a lot more items up there. They can take credit cards sometimes.

Very poor customer service and unknowlegdable staffs

If the power is on (I have been a few times and it hasn’t been), you would see the inexperienced and unknowledgeable staff standing around being unhelpful and suspicious of you looking for what you need. Unmarked prices allow for the cashier to charge whatever price she feels and the security who has just watched you make your purchase (plant pots and sand paper) inspect your bag and receipt. Attempting to buy paint requires you to go to a completely different building, select the paint, get a ticket, go back to the main building to pay, then return to the paint building to show evidence of purchase via your receipt, the ticket and security scrutinizer... Not worth it. There are many other shops in Kera, Mercato that are worth the drive than home depot which had absolutely no affiliation with Home Depot in North America.
