The service was quick when they pick the document @ Nairobi on 29th March the shipment was supposed to come to Addis Ababa. On 7th April when it was tracked it shows the below 06 Apr 2021 11:59 PM Dubai, United Arab Emirates Shipment departed Aramex sorting hub - moving on its way to destination country. First why sending Dubai when there is daily flight between ADD and NBO. When I call their office in Addis they didn't pick their phone. Why in the world simple document take more than 10 days to get. I call this a bad process and very bad service.
