Do NOT order online!!! You will wait for months, and if you ask to cancel your order and get a refund they will ignore you, you will have no money and no shoes... It's veeery disappointing, the way you treat your clients it's totally unprofessional. And again, I ask you not to ignore me and proceed with the refund.

It has been 13 weeks since I ordered a US$90 pair of sandals from sole rebels. I have heard nothing about the order. It has not shipped. I have tried to contact the company five different times via their website and email, and they got back to me once saying that COVID has made things complicated. While I understand that, they offered me no updates or even ballpark estimates as to when it would be shipped. I have requested a refund 4 times and have not gotten a response. Steer clear of this company - they are at best incompetent and at worst a scam.

we ordered two pairs of shoes in 2019. a year and a half after we haven't received the order. we contacted them by e-mail and they keep giving the same answer and telling us that we will soon receive the order and that it has been sent. A year and a half later, nothing no shoes. Could we have an answer? Could you please take action?? This is unacceptable!!
