Good hotel nearby to the airport. Reception looks a bit scary, however the room is good, hot water is there. The room is large, although it was very cold at night with no extra heating device or extra blankets. I stayed there for 1 night and can recommend this hotel. Breakfast was very good and it's possible to have it on an open balcony.

The room is good and the internet WiFi works fine. they have WiFi in every floor and room service and reception are very kind every day they clean my room and nothing missed from the room. I enjoyed my 10 days vacation thanks a lot to Abgaz team

There was no hot water, the Internet didn’t work. There is no room service after 7pm. Staff don’t speak english. I called the reception about the WiFi they said they would check, they rang back to say it’s working and we should try again but it still didn’t work. If you could get money back for false advertising and misrepresentation of services this place would be a place I would ask for my money back. Apart from the apathy of the staff to fix anything or provide any service at all except to hand you a key and a bill the view of Addis is ok.
