Lovely Beauty Salon and Spa for Ladies , Gentlemen and kids

I went in for a deep tissue massage and asked that I have an English speaking massage therapist. I was told that they all speak English. Low and behold she couldn't speak a spit of English. After the massage I find out that there was no soap in any of the 3 showers and I was hard pressed to find anyone to refill it as I was covered in massage oil. I asked to get access to the wifi and was told no thr first time and was given access at the end of my massage. Compared to prices in the west it is cheap but there seems to be a consistent problem with service not only in this spa but in the country in general.
