Their quality service, safety regarding Corona virus and hospitality is really amazing. I would say I experienced the best service in this country.

They do a great job. Prices are reasonable. The staff is fantastic, especially the owner.

I love this place. I have been many times at Rome Beauty and Spa. Always I don't want to leave. So clean and relaxing. I used every service they have and always very pleased. This is a great place for a spa in Addis Ababa. coming back for sure.

This is the most outstanding spa I've seen in the country. Very clean, spacious, professional and overall beyond my expectation on all their services they offer. They offer you free snacks the whole time during your visit and regardless of the queue they have, still manages to put you through as soon as they can or book you to an opening. The price is reasonable for the amazing treatment you get. It honestly is to a high standard!

I have to say I had a terrible day at the spa. one employee came and opened the door completely wide open! We ask if the door can be closed They refuse in the beginning because of Covid Which I found reducing I don’t see how it will protect as from Corona while we are in the bath. Afterward we went to the hairdressers that’s were the Guy unprofessional not going to the details I expect good treatment if anyone who payed good amount of money it has to be value the way it is. I decided to leave undone hair. As we pay the hole amount price in the beginning... 3250 birr Moroco Bath price 2 person 3000 + hair 250 one person we talked and explain not everyone tolerating what’s happening Managed to return back my 250 birr to my pocket At the end I noticed the bill was only for 3000birr we are charged 250 birr wasn’t included on the bill receipt...that’s something else need to check. I will appreciate if the manager can work on the area need to change or improve We visit the place September 30/20 evening. Thanks
