The best massage I ever have plus there customer service is the best

It's been more than 7years since I've known this place,

To give one star is to be more than generous. What an absolutely horrible, unprofessional, and downright disgusting experience I had at this business. I'll be brief: 1. My reservation, made a day early, was ignored. 2. They said they would give me a new reservation for an hour later. I waited patiently and respectfully. 3. After an hour and a half, they said I still needed to wait. They allowed the ones in the rooms to delay their massages as long as the clients pleased. 4. When confronted, finally, they did nothing about it. They merely smiled and asked me to wait longer. There was no resolution at all. 5. When asked for the contact for the manager, they gave me the wrong number. 6. I'll spare you the unprofessional interactions that then ensued as it will ruin your day. Suffice to say, utter and disgusting unprofessional-ism. In no way should anyone consider this place for their massages. I did have one positive experience here, but the one bad experience is enough for me to warn anyone, friend or foe, to never step foot on this pathetic establishment.

Unprofessional and horrible as an establishment. They do not keep their promises or reservations. They treat clients like garbage. Avoid at all costs unless you want to ruin a day in beautiful Addis Ababa.
