Ethiopian Civil Service University (ECSU), the former Ethiopian Civil Service College (ECSC) is a higher education institution established and governed by the federal government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. With its motto "Building Capacity in the Public Sector", the ECSU is gives short term trainings on various governemental policies, strategies and other policy related issues for the manpower working in the Civil Service Sector of the country: Urban Development, Land Managemet, Foreign Service...etc.
