A good place for sweat coffee, makiyato & tea with soft cake's.

It's a great place to have a cake and a warm drink. Warm and welcoming staff. Would give them five stars if they had a wide selection of cakes instead of the same cakes everytime.

Hmmmmmmm love it

This is a top notch coffee bar with great service and kind staff. I very much enjoy sitting outside watching all the goings on up and down the road. The reason I give it merely 3 stars is that when at full capacity the servers get overwhelmed and forget your order, forget to bring you your order and the coffee gets cold, forget the bill, forget to bring you your change... This is all done with a smile but the fact is it’s not convenient if you planned on being there for 30 mins and end up staying for an hour. Again, staff is good willed, but feel like they need a few more servers who are on point.

You're not sure if can be served consistently, both in terms of the customer service by the waiters and the food or hot drinks like the coffee and Makiyato. Poor with everything but highly priced. Don't let yourself into a trouble at bilo's cafe.
