Poor bathroom hygin. Highly incompetent and disorganized reception. Every communication manual and traditional.

They have specialists doctors like Dr.Guto but their documentation and other process are old version.

Though they have great specialists, like Dr Guta, they are extremely poor in certain aspects of their service. 1. They often fail to stick to agreed schedules, like for instance today we have to wait for more than 2.5hrs to see a lab technician in room 318. 2. The receptionists lack professionalism; extremely arrogant as if they are giving free service. Treatment should start from the gate. Patients do not come here to spend their spare time and they need to be treated as such. They also show favoritism towards some patients (not because they deserve priority due to their case)
