Some of their staff are incredibly rude and impolite with customers, especially those at the fridge section. Definitely better to choose another supermarket where customers are well treated.

Great place, you can find almost anything in here from biscuit for ovens, from mugs to cookers, towels, slippers and all kinds of stuff. Only issue is some of the branches don't have huge signs out front so it is kind of difficult to find the place and sometimes not enough employees to ask for, but other that it has good parking spots with great security.

Credit card transactions are not convenient as staff unable to operate the card machine. Language is a further barrier as they can speak broken english at best. Very limited selection of products available

Worst supermarket I’ve ever been too.The price for one Dorito is 200 birr!!!! The people there must be crazy and plus one small size Nido(Powder milk)is 300 birr.The best supermarket is Gara mart it’s in lebou

Very clean, well stocked and good variety But not quite a western supermarket. Small refrigerated section, but they did have yogurt - a plus. Deli counter with cheese. Even some frozen stuff. And fresh fruits and vegetable. Small, but nice bakery. No liquor. I went looking for breakfast bars, but no. I did buy some mango puree to give the bartender at our hotel though.
