I stayed at this place for 4 nights and it was an enjoyable experience: the apartment was large, nicely furnished, no problems with water or electricity (happens often in Addis...), good internet connection. A missing star for some details missing at arrival (the fridge had no adapter to connect to electricity, the shower head was disconnected from the water tab, no hangers in the clothes drawer). However, within one hour after signaling the issues, the personnel did their best to fix these points. So full 5 stars!

This is Ethiopia, and Addis - these are spacious well maintained apartments. They are partly equipped kitchens, adequate for a few month stay. The staff are delightful and eager to make things right. Generator powered when grid power interrupted, 75% reliable internet that is good by Addis standards. Daily housekeeping is reliable, no theft incidents at all, and thorough cleaning each day when requested. Will definitely return By Africa standards 5* but by world standards I'd say 3.5-4* which is a great result in Addis. Nearby mall has fitness centre, nearby orthodox temple has nighttime chanting - this is Addis - so bring ear plugs. Since coming home over 2+ months ago - agreement is they have the BEST coffee - if you are planning to go home with coffee, have the BASIL restaurant on main floor custom roast it for you for your day of departure. I brought home 3 KG - which I'd brought 10kg!
