KiTes Nest Apartments

I've been living here for about a year now and truly love my stay. The apartments are fully furnished to European standards (the owners have lived in The Netherlands for a long time) and the landlady, Tigist, as well as the management staff, is so professional, proactive and run a tight ship. Recently, my parents came to stay at my apartment for two weeks while I was away and they were really impressed by how friendly everyone was, and how great the services (cleaning, gym, sauna, restaurant, wifi, back-up water and generator) were. It feels like family and cannot recommend this enough to those looking to stay long periods (10+ days) in Addis.

The rooms have it all. At least the 4th floor and the 5th floor. Thats all I have seen.

Located commenly known as Meskel Flower Hotel area, 8 units of bedroom apartments, 4 unit of two bedroom apartments and a Penthouse on the top floor with three bedrooms.
