I haven't eaten at the restaurant but this is the place in Addis to buy your hamburger buns, ciabatta buns, and baguettes. In fact, I haven't had such a spot on baguette since we were in Paris...just the right ratio of crust to fluffy soft interior. They are closed Mondays. Edit: the hamburgers and service are great!

There is a massive construction going on right now, which makes access difficult. If you're willing to walk some blocks to get there you're up for a really cool atmosphere, sweet burger buns, with not so sweet ice tea 🍹

Their cheeseburger is really good, I would recomend is. Tha portion size is bigger than I am used to.

I have been coming to Sishu every time I am in Addis, which is just about every 2nd month for the past 7-years... It is like going home to mom's food. Nothing beats it, and it is severely comforting.
