Situated away from the chaos of the city, you can enjoy fresh air and open space at this restaurant. Good food, but not special. Was also greatly assisted by a man from the restaurant when it was pouring cats and dogs and he accompanied me with an umbrella up to our car

Sadly it’s now the “No View” restaurant since a huge hotel has been built totally blocking the view. Now it’s average food with a decent outdoor space, but no view at all.

For a name like Top View you would expect well, a top view of the city. But I found that Bellevue hotel (just around the xorner) offeres a better view. The ambience is relaxed, the food is average
