Lalibela Restaurant

We ate our lunch at LR today! The fasting buffet was fantastic, but expensive! We were well-served at the restaurant! However, the toilet was closed. I asked to open it for me. The manager rudely said the person responsible is in the toilet area. I told him I checked that she was not there. After a while she came and she said she will not open it because there is no water. So NO water in the toilet and it is also dirty! I am disappointed by the manager and I will not come back! And I do not recommend for others. The opportunity cost is so high! With that price, I would have enjoyed my lunch in a clean restaurant!

The atmosphere, pretty good. Ordered Ambassador pizza, unfortunately it was too oily. Coffee alright. Pricing, good.

Update: 12/2019 Returned a year later to this restaurant, this time to enjoy the late night live tribute band. Other than the smell from cleaning solution in the air, the atmosphere, food, local music, price was great! 12/2018 A clean and nice place to grab sweets, tea, and enjoy the scene across from Addis Ababa stadium. Courteous staff and overall good atmosphere.

Good eating place.

It is a place with class. Especially for those of you who are elderly or rather above 30 or so.
