I don't even know where to begin. It's a common thing to be out of power. We get used to it. We celebrate jumping up and down when the power is back. And then they will turn it off again before we sit. It's like a power prank. Sometimes it could be for days. And sometimes they cooperate with Addis Ababa Water and Sewerage Authority to make our lives even more fun. No electricity plus no water. Send us back to the stone age.

They seem quite clueless about supplying electricity. Most of the time the power is off and nobody knows what's happening...
