Concerning TLS Contact Addis Ababa: their service is good and very professional. If customers (applicants) arrive on time, the center provides efficient service. However, there is no waiting area, or chairs for those who will have to wait in queue outside the entrance on the 6th floor. This is unfriendly for children, people with disabilities and the elderly. Plus, the guest elevator malfunctions. These need improvements. That aside, the VAC people are cool.

I called from the UK the number advertised '251 91 127 2524' to inquire about an application and was greeted with profanity and rudeness. this is very disconcerting. Please update your contact detail on google.

The services provided are so impressive, timely and welcoming. The personnel are so organized and cooperative to their customers who ever he/she is. Happy to see such experiences that teach us a lot for the assignments everyone is being responsible.

clean, quite, comfortable,surely no photo. It is the building beside the intercontinental hotel. The cake in the first floor of Cafe is good.
