Very unreliable and expensive! Paid for five minutes just to see the Dr. which the Dr. suggested a blood test and the Dr called in couple days to say “they don’t have the results cause the place they do the test don’t have the necessary kits” so all for nothing! On top of that the cashier wrote test that I didn’t took on my receipt.

Its too expensive. I have spent more than 600,000 in few days . Otherwise it's a wonderful hospital

What I don't get is why masks are not mandatory at the Nordic clinic for ALL staff and all patients. It's so strange. If a clinic can be careless in this way, what hope is there for supermarkets where compliance is abysmal. Staff are friendly but my priority is covid security.

Very expensive 1800 birr just for looking at GP'S face. Very slow to do each thing to write; prescription, slow to give prescription,they do not have simple kits like HIV test kit,least interactive physicians.very bad place only appearance.

Their customer service is very good, they really take good care of patients and the medical center is very clean, it feels like home. But one thing we all should consider is they are a little bit expensive compared to other medical center in town.
