For me, it's very exiting to find a supermarket with fair price and the sales persons are very welcoming.

Very poor. Has shoa heard of covid? No masks. No care. It's astonishing. Totally ignorant or not bothered?

I had the worst experience at this supermarket!!! The exit guards are horrible! The way they treat customers needs a lot a lot a lot of improvement!!! Why should a customer pay for a parking while he has used a service at their place. We had about an hour of heated arguments with the guards at their parking lot of the hole branch where the guards almost beaten up our guy after they threw several insults, insensitive and the most backward customer service I have ever had experienced in the city!!!! And where in the city is someone charged a 100 birr for parking ?!?!?!? While having bought a more than 100 birr item from their supermarket.
