Great place to stay with fantastic views from your room The rooms were very clean with a large beds and comfortable The best slept we had in ethiopia Nati the reception was also very kind and helpful we were advised what to do during our stay within 4 days and contact us our best guide through the lodge All staffs are super frindly and verry attentive specially Nati the reception All staffs speak English and professional services We highly recommended people's to stay at fikirandraylodge for gin great price and free shuttle service through the lodge the price is very fear according to the service and the location

AVOID! Made reservation through Expedia but hotel does not honor reservation, same already happened to several people here. Hotel is asking for much higher price or will not accommodate. Good luck if you book this.

My staying at fikir lodge was the greatest time I spent in Lalibela I book other hotel at the first but I saw this lodge walking to Ben Abeba restaurant just beside the road then I moved to this lodge it was fabulous large bed beautiful view from my room very quiet with testy breakfast and the best coffee with great service staff they were all excellent I wish I had booked this lodge on line my next trip number one choices to stay will definitely be fikir and ray lodge prices are very reasonable according to the standard service was professional the bathroom was clean Wifi was excellent highly recommended

A great place to stay ! Spent two days while visiting incredible Lalibela churches. Very cosy and clean. Formidable service. Would very much recommend to everybody!

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. I booked on Orbitz/Expedia and they refused to honor the booking and told me I must pay again upon arrival (and were quite rude in the process -- so I obviously didn't end up staying). This is fraudulent behaviour and they should clearly be banned from booking sites.
