Lalibela Vacation Homestay

Staying here in Laibela was an amazing experience. The accommodations were gorgeous. At night you can open the curtains and be surrounded by stars which shine so bright, it’s breathtaking. In the morning, you can watch the sunrise over the mountains. The host made our experience truly unique. We helped prepare an authentic Ethiopian dish with the family. We visited the amazing churches and were welcomed like family into the community. Highly recommend.

This guest house and staying there was a great decision, as the house is new and owner with his family very warm and supportive. Room was nice and clean, also cleaned every day. Price for this is more than reasonable. I strongly recommend!

Belaynew and his family are very nice hosts. We had a cooking class which was much fun. He also helped us in a case of illness which we are very thankful for. We enjoyed our stay in this unique, small and familiar surrounding!:) Thank you!

This place is amazing. Belaynew and his family are wonderful people and were attentive to my needs. It's very close to the churches and the neighborhood is really cool. Belaynew also set me up with all the tours and advice I needed at a very good price. Five stars!
