Bete Amanuel

This big rock church is very impressive due to large number of holes that are formed on the outer structure due to rain and wind. Inside is simple and all it's grandness has disappeared now.

800 years architecture from a single rock... wow

Nice as everything else around it. The curtains covering the private spaces give you a tacky feeling though.

This church is perfectly build, one of my favorite church..

The series of churches brings wonder to your mind on how people could have devised and organized such construction hundreds of years ago with a chisel and hammer.
