Pain d'épice - French Bakery & Restaurant

Small space but cozy, all things french, amazing owner/manager that speaks fluent french with customers that do, tried the strawberry tart and chocolate croissant and not to exaggerate but the strawberry tart is just perfect. It is basically a bakery or as the french say "Boulangerie" but a nice spot to get a light weight breakfast and your morning late. Only downside is the rest of the staff is not active in serving.

This place is awesome the goods are made professionally and are worth every penny. I mostly take my cakes to go because the place feels crammed and not that much inviting to sit but everything I've ever tasted from that place is just wonderful. I've had the chance to taste the croissant, cheese cake, caramel, lemon tart and some kind of chocolate wrap and excluding the cheese cake all of them were nice. Highly recommend to anyone with a sweet tooth!

I love the products here but I'm really concern about Covid-19 precautions. They don't wear masks and are all the time shouting to each other. It's a bit scary to go there nowadays.

Highly recommend when you are craving sweets as their cakes, pastries, and tarts really hit the spot without being overly sweet. Perfect for those who do not have much of a sweet tooth. Their baguette sandwiches and quiches are very filling and come with a side of salad or french fries. Unfortunately not the best service so you have to stay patient but it will be worth it once you get your food :)

The worst service you can get in Addis ababa.the owner is so impolite .Theshe was talking impolitely to some customers. The quality has been changing to the worst . The price is higher than before.i personally witness several times the rude behavior of the waiters and the owner. Really unprofessional service☹️☹️☹️☹️
