Magnificent and very clean. I normally don't stay in such luxury when traveling. The quality price is worth 6 stars. Sure there is noise from the street but what do you expect, this is a city in full expansion. Bring earplugs if noice is a problem.

Probably the cheapest hotel option in Mekele. Its clean and spacious. Bathroom could be improved but hot water works, wifi is ok. It was only one night stay for me before the tour, so no complains. The reception lady is kind and friendly. location is good, some juice, local food and western food places nearby.

We stayed in this hotel as a base for some other trips in the region on three different occasions. The rooms are pretty varied from basic to amazing. Ask for a room at the front of the property where you get a window and balcony, the rooms at the back don't have a window to the outside except for in the bathroom. The room we stayed in the last time had a open gap above the door to the corridor which meant it was very noisy and not very private. Rooms were good value. Although breakfast isn't included there are lots of places to get juice and coffee on the street in the morning. The road is pretty noisy until late at night but this didn't bother us except for when we had the open gap. There was hot water and reasonable WiFi and also a TV. You could only get hot water from the sink taps. Location was about 20-30 min walk or short bajaj ride to a buzzy area with lots of restaurants.

This is a boarding house. There are no breakfasts here, they are close to the hotel, but they are clean and reliable. There is hot water. Good place for staying. Cozy and safely!

Great hotel. Good room but not soundproof. The hotel is "rocked" by the music of a bar almost all night.
