Relatively new hotel with great facilities. The owner is very humble, the employees are very active, clean rooms

It's not like me to say something like this, but this was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. The owner of the hotel needs to learn to have manners and respect his employees. He brutally screamed at one of them in front of everyone just because they were trying to help us. I advise you not to come to this hotel because it would ruin your stay at this beautiful place.(TIGRAY)

I am currently in the hotel and the worst decision I have ever made. WiFi is horrible, room is pricy, water comes and goes and no one is willing to help fix issues, my brother and sister had to change three rooms already due to lack of water in the toilet, the receptionist was being rude to them. customer service is horrible. It makes me sad that they only care about money. Breakfast is mediocre at best. I called about having my shirt ironed ( apparently house keeping takes it and irons it), I was told they will come, I called back after 3 hours to check and was told housekeeping has already left, no apology when I stated It should’ve been taken care of when I first requested the service hours ago. I don’t know if I trust that my belongings will be safe here. I would like to know who the owner is and if I find out I will write more review. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

The breakfast is rubbish. The shopping mall is always closed. The owner is very rude. The lift takes forever to come and the food is overpriced the only thing what is good is the WiFi and even that randomly stops working. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel
