This bank for some unknown reason has so many windows but uses two-three only to serve their customers. And they don't bother to solve the issue with long ques. You usually get bad customer service plus waste so much time in their branches.

Ethiopian diaspora should never SHOULD NEVER trust commercial bank of Ethiopia. You will regret investing with the most corrupt bank in the entire world. They change laws as they want. No document will get your money back. Believe it, or experience it.

I don't know why they are always annoying, they will give you too much excuses not to serve you on the time you needed and I mean this to every branch in the country.
