Couldn’t do it more with other banks like it’s to work with their swift and prompt insurance policies and procedures.

I feel shame to give one Star for their service it should be negative. I have never see this kind of bank service in my life. 0 knowledge and 0 service. They didn't know how to take care of their customers. I wouldn't recommend to use Nine bank.

This is a fraud bank. Never work with this bank on international transactions. The bank has a team of cheaters and they will just take material from you and wont pay later.

My team and I travel a lot so we often buy our insurance at NIB but Very difficult to get information over the phone about travel insurance. The phone always rings forever before the operator picks it up and then she is very very rude. The other day she simply said she is busy and she does not have time. I had similar situation for the 3rd time. Even the employees at the travel insurance desk respond very unprofessional. So this time I had to go to other insurance. I think they need customer service training.
