I once walked in a bank and saw a guy who was affected by polio when he was a child and caused a disability in his right arm. This guy was actually working in the bank!!! I am sure if that was in my country that person won't be able to get a job. I therefore really admire how this country integrates people with disabilities into a normal working environment.
