A wonderful location with shockingly poor standards of care. The staff are friendly but there is a complete break down of management. The staff have not been trained and the menu is not viable because of lack of supplies. The low point was the lack of coffee at breakfast - no coffee in Ethiopia has to be a first! Very sad that a facility that has such potential is not viable because of neglect and complete lack of management. The rooms also have many broken fixtures which are not repaired.

It's actually the better of the only two places that are in town.

Nice large compound, potential to be very good facility, a few ostriches wandering. Restaurant was just barely ok. Strong impression staff don't know what their job is and very little guidance from management. Few guests present. By Semera standards quite good but not up to the mark.
