I wish I could give less than 1 star. My experience with this Agent is a disaster! Simple: my container arrived to Djibouti on 19 January 2018.. all paper work and payment were processed before that.. guess what: up to now, 6 months later I haven’t received my container! A lot of frustration, big material and moral damage! They should pay! They give me a justification then a second and a third...
Our shipment took far longer than we were told. The service was poor and lack of communication was extremely frustrating. In the end, the company refused to pay for destination services that we had already paid them for. We had to pay again! If I could give zero stars, I would.
