The lodge is set as a typical safari lodge style at one of the remaining natural forest . The rooms are comfortable, clean with solar lighting and hot shower. The restaurant serves wester as well as local dishes. The lodge and the area is an ideal retreat for nature lovers , the forest is also one of the best bird watching area in Ethiopia. November,2019 new information about Bishangari lodge, the lodge was closed for the past three years, now they are re building and will be open in one year time with a fresh look.
