Fun place to experience all of Ethiopia’s diverse cultures. Entertaining and good food. Dancers always encourage the audience to participate and the place is well staffed so you aren’t looking for someone to order or get extra napkins. Very attentive service all while the performance is in full swing. Great places for visitors and/or an evening of fun: entertainment, food, drinking, coffee ceremony. Best cultural/traditional venue in the city, just don’t forget a few extra birr to tip the dancers and musicians! Wonderful experience.

Total blast for our party of six! The food was amazing too! These were the best shekla tibs I’ve had here in Ethiopia! So good! Great music and dance—we all ended up on stage to hilarious effect. What’s funnier than a bunch of ferenjis trying to shake their necks?! Not expensive either—our total bill for the six of us (which included a lot of beer and a bottle of tej) was 2400 birr ($12 a person)

Really connects you to the Ethiopian culture, right from the door. The ambience is great, the decor is perfect for culture, and the service is excellent. The Manager is a likeable guy who bought us coffee (buna) and the traditional wine sold in the restaurant. The dancers are superb. You should visit.
