Amazing history and paintings

A good museum about the history of this pretty castle, the royal dynasties of Ethiopia and the time of use of the building by Haile Selassi. Explanations are clear, in three languages (Amharic, English and French) and well documented. You will find refined furniture, interesting paintings and some random objects ( an old Italian vacuum cleaner, old bibles...). 100birrs per person for foreigners; 10 for Ethiopians. A female guide will walk you through; no photos allowed inside. The castle has become a museum for a few years now: really worth it!
