Professional drivers, they won't lower the windows and insult other drivers (which is a way of life in Addis ,which shows the drivers' brilliant IQs 😁😁). The only complain I have is the call operators aren't much familiar with the GPS system (when compared to RIDE operators) some of them couldn't locate the user nor the drivers on their screens. Hope this will be improved soon.
My experience with Seregela Ride has been very pleasant. The vehicles are new and standardized (easy to locate upon arrival). The drivers are also professional and experts in navigating the roads.
