Pyramid Hotels and Resorts

This is the best hotel I've been through. All of the staff really made me comfortable by answering all my questions to my full satisfaction. Everything was sparkling clean. Beautiful views. The restaurant is Amazing fresh and locally grow, The pier to plate aspect is great. Service was great. Wish I could eat this all the time. Will definitely come back! There is plenty to do here, but if you don't feel like doing any of it you can enjoy the view looking over the lake with coffee or wine on your private balcony. We stayed at Pyramid Resort for a couple of nights and I just wish we stayed longer because the hotel is beautiful, the front desk was opulent customer service was truly radiating. I received the absolute highest quality of service. It was like I was the only person there. I will be staying here on my next trip to Ethiopia, Highly recommend! Gorgeous hotel.

Wooow! It is my first time here in Pyramid Hotel. Everyone should experience this place it is amazing. Where should I start best customer service, nice view and so more. If you need something, they got you. I strongly recommend this place. I feel like I added more years on my life. Thank you for great service Pyramid!!!!

Really good place to go for a lunch trip from Addis. The restaurant has a great view of the lake and the food and drinks were done well at a reasonable price. There is parking too.

Had such a great time with my friends. Wonderful staff, delicious food, with stunning view! We are hoping to be back!
