Great location, very very clean, great price for such quality , staff are super helpful and nice. Chicken Tibs was the bomb.com! Snacks are also delicious very reasonable prices. So glad I came across this place on google ! Even nicer in person ! Highly recommend.

The hotel is at a central location so it's easy to find public transportation, and it's close to basically everything. Food is great and breakfast is included with booking. Most importantly, they have amazing amenities (including tooth brushes! 😀) and are so so neat! Definitely recommend.

By far the best luxury hotel in Addis Ababa Ethiopia. Located minutes from Bole international hotel, Zemalex is the 1 choice when I travel. Most hotels look nice but lack in customer service, Zemalex has both visual appeal and top notch customer service. Rooms are clean and spacious with all you need as a business or holiday traveler. Beds are soft and pillows are well supportive especially after a long flight. The breakfast has a wide variety of meals to choose from. All fresh and prepared with care. This luxury hotel is well managed and secured so your satisfaction here is truly guaranteed. Don't forget to check out the many art pieces they have around the building.
