NEW DAY HOTEL

The hotel is located in a very noisy area and is not very sound proof. The rooms are clean, and the food at the restaurant is absolutely fantastic. However, the elevator was incredibly slow, it was faster to carry the luggage up the stairs. The shower head in the room wasn't working, if you opened it to big it would spray water over the top of the shower. The water took forever to heat up and the temperature was hard to control. The wifi was really bad, with most of the time having no connection.

I am happy to have chosen this beautiful hotel. The tranquility is beautiful. the location is good. the staff are all nice managers, reception staff, cook, security guards. special thanks to : Mr: Mahiet ( Guest service ) Mr: Netsanet ( Guest service ) Miss: Senait ( Reception ) Miss: Alemtsehay ( Reception ) Miss: Sofiya ( Reception ) Salmon ( Hotel driver ) for their upscale dealings with me.
