Daamat Hotel

This is hands down the best hotel in Addis. I would highly recommend staying here. The hospitality was unmatched, the food was delicious (complementary breakfast), the staff was very helpful, and it was in a great location. The complementary shuttle from the airport to the hotel was very helpful. I will definitely be staying here when I go back! Thank you so much for your service.

Extremely good customer service. Unfortunately I had to break my travels due to a business trip but the staff was very well accommodating. Rooms are clean and well maintained. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great Hospitality........ It’s a great place to stay.....warmly welcomed by the staff and GM the staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the security to all. Meals are very good and delicious..... the restaurant superintendent deserves a special thanks!!! The rooms are warm and clean, while outside is very cool well maintained clean and comfy. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. I would probably choose orient hotel next time as I have experience warm welcomes by the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel CREW.

Usually it is wise to avoid newly opened hotels until they have ironed out all the kinks. However having stayed at the hotel 3 times the team here seems to have hit the ground running. Among the best value for money in Addis. Great breakfast buffet which helpfully they deliver to your room if needed. Cumfy bed, great quality sheets and modern bathrooms ! What more to ask for for a very reasonable price? Very friendly and accommodating staff which starts from the security who greet you outside the door to the GM who is always on hand from the caring housekeeping and reception staff. Many hotels can learn from them.

Nice new hotel, with very good beds, clean room, and nice staff. Highly recommended.
