Very efficient and friendly service in a modern service setting. I am taking one star off only because it seemed like only a few of the persons sitting at desks with numbers over them were actually taking customers, which means that customers waited perhaps longer than they should have.

Went to get my Sim upgraded to 4G. The service is great, no waiting lines and the location is good for transportation
