Brooklyn Hotel & Apartment, Addis Ababa

I loved everything about this hotel. My room was decent sized, the bed was comfortable, and the hot water worked properly. It is a gem nestled among the other buildings. The hotel may be a 3-star hotel, but the service is 5-star! The bellmen were outside waiting for my arrival to open doors and help with luggage. Additionally, on rainy days, they met me at the car with an umbrella. ALL OF THE staff was amazing and very accommodating to its guest. I was there for six days, and they planned my daily activities. There was a driver on site (for a fee), so this was a huge benefit. The restaurant served delicious food and the staff was very helpful with selecting each meal. I met the owner, and it is clear to see why the staff is so great. He was great and a pleasure to be around. The service is everything I read from other post, and I wish more companies were as great as this hotel. Thank you, Brooklyn Hotel, for such a wonderful stay. You guys are the best!

It is a quiet place in a nice neighborhood. If you are coming to Addis to rest and would like to cozy decent place, Brooklyn is the best. The service is excellent and the price is also fair. My only concern is that it is a bit far from the main part of town, but if you are driving it won’t be a problem. I would totally recommend this place to eat out and spend a few days.

The people of the hotel is amazing. The food is super good. Room was really nice and clean. We will come back for sure.

It was a pleasant stay...the manager help me to plan my schedule and tours on the few days i have to enjoy....the hotel has great food, great service and very clean roons.... made my days on ethiopia lot easier....
