Far from center and airport weak service in this area Wifi weak not work, stuff very nice Rooom small with some issues in it

Very far from town center. The rooms are small. The staff was very helpful. The restaurant is ok. Food & free breakfast was delicious.

Horrible I’m still not done with my stay because I can’t afford to be wasting money. Rooms and decor clean very nice the staff very nice. I’m here on a work trip and need the internet. The internet works every few hours for about 10-14 mins. Sometimes I have to stay down in the lobby to use the little service I can get but even in the lobby it’s impossible. The food is always cold I thought it was because I ordered room service so I go into their resturant wait a very long time to still at the end receive cold food. Ethiopia is known for amazing stews and soups and I thought I’d get decent quality for a nice hotel I ordered lentil soup and it was raw and Luke warm it took 20 mins to come out. Then received the veggie soup both had canned soup consistency. You’re better off eating local. But because I don’t have service outside the hotel I’ve only stayed here trying to do the little work I can do with the service that is available. The weather has been cold in Ethiopia so there’s no heat or ac! The room is terribly cold as if the windows were open. Even when I use google translate the staff still will bring you the wrong thing. I ordered pancakes which were cold I asked for extra syrup and butter and never received it called room service and still never got it. I showed them google translate when I went downstairs and they still couldn’t understand. I understand they’re trying their best but for the $ not worth it. If you don’t need WiFi and you’re planning to explore it’s a great trip it’s clean the rooms are nice and again the people are nice but if you’re planning to be stuck in the hotel for work like I am it’s not worth it go to best western plus! Like I am after this
