Hertz - Bayeux Total Station

Easy to locate, although it is in a gas station which was unexpected - made for filling up easy. Needed our passport number but we didn't know that ahead of time. Quick to drop off.

Wouldn't know it's a car rental just from passing it by. There's a sign in the window of gas station convenience store. But everything went smoothly.

The best GPL in the Bayeux area

We rented on line and prepaid for car for a week. We didn’t pick it up on time and they gave it away and they didn’t have any more cars for a week. We were in Bayeux in Normandy nearest rental would have meant a train ride to Caen w no garuntee we’d get a car there. Seems to me w a prepaid car we should have been able to pick it up til end if contract no matter what My bad? Most I got from staff were shrugs. No apologies no offers to help at all. Went back to hotel and owner called Hertz corporate and Voila ... a car. Very unprofessional unhelpful uncaring.
