Purchase of a rental property managed by this agency. Purchase carried out with 2 months of delay following points not controlled in the file by the agency (sanitation and right of way). Compromise not validated by the notary. Signature with 2 months delay thanks to the seller himself who managed, in the end, the sale of his property ... Meeting with the rental service of the agency to send them our bank details to recover the housing allowances of the tenants who had them been paid and owed to us. This service returned the funds to CAF instead of forwarding them to us ... Last point, when we contact the phone number of the so-called customer service that we automatically receive when posting a bad review, we get sent around by someone not at all aware that customer service exists!

Ink, thief, scam, ect. Request 6 years of charge paid, knowing that it is charge have already been paid. And request for payment of 6 months charge before the date of entry.
