I pass my way on this shop which could however be superb ... Too bad for them! I'm really disappointed ...

Hello, I'm not trying to ruin the reputation of this establishment, however my fiance asked to burn a curb containing two names, the saleswoman confirms that the engraving is possible. Another saleswoman named Angélique, thus invoices her the jewel, then after invoicing one lets him know that the engraving is not possible with two first names because the first saleswoman is a new employee, and refuses to proceed to the refunding of the object. This is inadmissible, the fault is professional and the shop does not admit its mistake. My fiance was forced to pay the jewel without engraving ... Beware of the words of the saleswomen before making the payment.

I strongly recommend! 6 weeks for an additional repair by the seller. Knowing that the staff changes every few months, these girls have no training in jewelry. Lack of seriousness.
