House of Justice and Law

Hello, I do by my experience, I have an appointment today with a lawyer I went to the reception of the House of Justice and Law. So there I was amazed at the quality of the reception I had on the intercom by the hostess. An unacceptable lack of civility and politeness !! I explain to him that I had an appointment today and this one answers me without even a hello "yes madam it is closed c not possible" I inform him that I have the proof of the appointment she informs me again "I tell you c 'is closed "and hangs up on me. I intercom a second time she does not answer. I find it unacceptable on the part of a public service to be received or treated in this way !!!!!! While it would suffice to simply say madam the appointments are only made by phone I invite you to wait I wish you a good day. I had to call back by phone to ask for explanations on the way of receiving the public and I came across a person who communicated the necessary information to me either by appointment by telephone with a lawyer and not physical. And I demand that my complaint be taken into account and besides I intend to write about it and have explanations on how to do it. We are not animals respect and politeness are the basis that you learn in kindergarten !!! I myself was a hostess and I could never give this type of reception to our public under penalty of sanctions. The welcome from the Maison De Justice and the law was aptly named. We will see if my complaint will be taken into account !! And if justice is done for this lack of politeness which is done more and more in the public environment.
